SECI has invited bids for 700 MW ISTS-connected Solar PV Projects in SEZ/EOU areas under Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding (C&I-1). On BOO basis, power will be sold via SECI to a C&I consumer's EOU in Odisha for Green Hydrogen/Ammonia production under National Green Hydrogen Mission. SECI will sign 25-year PPA as intermediary.
