SECI has invited bids to set up a Programme Management Unit to support the National Mission on Cleantech Manufacturing announced in Budget 2025. The PMU will work with MNRE to scale domestic manufacturing across solar, wind, green hydrogen, and energy storage sectors. Responsibilities include strategy development, execution support, state-level roadmaps, and market intelligence.
