Reliance Power's green energy ambitions faced a setback as Solar Energy Corp. of India (SECI) banned the company and its subsidiaries from participating in its 1000 MW/2000 MWh standalone BESS project tenders for three years. The ban follows the discovery of fake documents submitted by Reliance NU BESS Ltd in a June tender, leading to its cancellation.
