NTPC Green Energy Completes 300 MW Shambuki Burj-2 Solar Project in Rajasthan

NTPC’s subsidiary, NTPC Green Energy (NGEL), has fully commissioned the 300 MW Shambuki Burj-2 Solar PV Project in Bikaner, Rajasthan, with the final 18.32 MW becoming operational on March 1, 2025. This raises NTPC Group’s total installed capacity to 77,411.50 MW. NTPC, India’s largest power utility, continues to expand its Renewable Energy portfolio, supporting Sustainable Development and reducing carbon emissions through clean energy initiatives.
