SECI has announced the auction results for its 1,500 MW/12,000 MWh Pumped Storage Plants (PSP-I) tender under tariff-based global competitive bidding. The auction discovered competitive storage tariffs ranging from ₹1.349 crore to ₹1.351 crore per MW per annum. Greenko Energies secured 720 MW, Torrent Energy Storage Solutions won 300 MW, and Tata Power was awarded 324 MW out of its quoted 660 MW.
