Cosmic PV Power has received SEBI approval on Sept 2 for its Rs 640 crore IPO, after filing DRHP in March. The issue includes Rs 540 crore fresh issue and Rs 100 crore OFS by existing shareholders. Proceeds will fund a greenfield solar PV module facility in Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh, plus general corporate purposes.
