Phelan Green, via Phelan eFuels, will use Honeywell UOP Fischer-Tropsch Unicracking technology to develop a large-scale eSAF plant in Saldanha Bay, South Africa. Part of a $2.5 billion hydrogen project, the facility will produce over 140,000 tons annually. Construction begins in 2026, supporting decarbonisation, job creation, and positioning South Africa as a global sustainable aviation fuel supplier.
