Saudi Arabia has launched a tender to develop 4.5 GW of Renewable Energy capacity, primarily through Wind and Solar Projects. The Saudi Power Procurement Company (SPPC) is overseeing the initiative, which includes five projects across four provinces. This effort supports the National Renewable Energy Programme, aiming for 50% of the country’s energy mix to come from Renewables by 2030.
