Samvardhana Motherson International Limited (SAMIL) has approved the acquisition of Onega Solar Power Limited (OSPL), which is developing a 15 MWp solar project in Uttar Pradesh. SAMIL's subsidiary, Motherson New Energy Limited (MNEL), will acquire 100% of OSPL's equity and debentures for INR 13.
