Saatvik Green Energy Limited has acquired an 80% stake in Melcon Transformers and Electricals Private Limited, entering the transformer manufacturing segment. Melcon produces transformers from 5 KVA to 12,500 KVA (up to 33 kV). The move strengthens Saatvik’s integration across the power value chain, improving supply chain control and execution efficiency.
