Russia's first hydrogen-powered vessel, Ecobalt, is set for sea trials this month. Designed for 12 passengers, it features a domestically-produced electrochemical hydrogen generator. The project, led by the Krylov State Research Center, aims to advance hydrogen technology. Constructed by Ak Bars at the Gorky Zelenodolsk Shipyard, Ecobalt serves as a prototype for future developments.
