RUMSL has invited global bids to develop a 50 MW grid-connected ground-mounted solar PV project with an Energy Storage System capable of delivering 200 MWh of peak power. The tender follows a two-envelope process with e-reverse auction. Bid security is ₹12.90 crore, while tender documents cost ₹1.
