The Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (RERC) issued an order concerning Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) for 253.6 MW of Wind Power Projects. The Wind Energy developer sought to update its PPAs following a company name change. However, Discoms proposed adding a clause for penalties if energy output fell short of the normative Capacity Utilization Factor (CUF), which was opposed by the developer.
