Vietnam Electricity (EVN) is exploring a pricing framework for Offshore Wind Projects, based on input from the Institute of Energy and the Vietnam-Denmark Technology Handbook. The proposed price caps are $0.15 per kWh for northern and southern regions, and $0.12 per kWh for the south-central coastal region.
