ReNew Global Energy Plc has received a final non-binding proposal to acquire all shares not held by consortium members, including CPP Investments and founder Sumant Sinha, at $8.15 per share. The offer, involving consortium members Masdar and CPP Investments, increases $1.08 per share from the initial December 2024 proposal.
