India is set to launch its first hydrogen-powered passenger train on the Jind–Sonipat route in Haryana, marking a major milestone in sustainable rail transport. The 10-coach Hydrogen Fuel Cell Trainset, capable of carrying 2,600 passengers, is among the world’s largest hydrogen passenger trains.
