REMC Ltd, a Railways–RITES JV, has awarded its 1-GW RTC tender at a uniform tariff of Rs 4.35/kWh, five months after issuing it in August 2025. Six winners were selected: ACME Solar secured the full 1,000 MW, followed by ReNew Power and Bhalki Solar with 200 MW each, Purvah Green with 180 MW, Jindal Green with 150 MW, and Ayana Renewables with 140 MW.
