On September 3, 2024, REC Power Development and Consultancy Ltd (RECPDCL) transferred the Tumkur-II REZ Power Transmission Ltd project to G.R. Infraprojects Ltd (GRIL). The project, awarded via Tariff-based Competitive Bidding, involves building a 400/220 kV pooling station and a 400 kV transmission line in Karnataka.
