The Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (RERC) has released draft Demand Flexibility/Demand Side Management Regulations, 2026, seeking stakeholder comments by February 27. The rules aim to address the “duck curve” challenge in Rajasthan’s solar-heavy grid by shifting consumption to daytime solar availability and promoting energy-efficient practices.
