Rajasthan has witnessed massive participation in the bids under KUSUM Components A and C, with more than 3,000 applications received during the recent tendering process. Recognizing the state's potential and capability to become a leader in solar energy, the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) and Union Minister Prahlad Joshi have allocated an additional 5,000 MW under Component A for feeder-level solarization of the PM-KUSUM Scheme to Rajasthan.
