PTC India Ltd and NLC India Renewables Ltd (NIRL) have formed a joint venture to develop green energy projects up to 2,000 MW, with an initial phase targeting 500 MW. The JV will focus on solar, wind, hydro, battery storage, green ammonia, and emerging technologies, combining expertise in project development, power trading, and renewable parks.
