Premier Battery Technologies, wholly-owned subsidiary of Premier Energies, executed Share Allotment cum Shareholders Agreement on Oct 15, 2026 with RCT Nexor Energy (RCT India, part of RCT Group Germany) and Premier Energies Storage Solutions Pvt Ltd for BESS JV. Following Sept 10, 2026 binding term sheet, JV PESSPL will set up 12 GWh BESS manufacturing facility, Phase-1 6 GWh in FY27-28 at Seetharampur, Telangana, for residential, C&I and utility-scale applications.
