Premier Energies Ltd approved forming HeliosAnthos Energies Pvt Ltd, a 51:49 EPC joint venture with BA Prerna Renewables for solar, wind, BESS, and hybrid projects. The board also extended the long-stop date for acquiring 51% of Ksolare Energy and the balance tranche in Transcon Industries to April 15, 2026, pending conditions precedent.
