Premier Energies Ltd approved the acquisition of a 51% stake in KSolare Energy for ₹86.7 crore, making it a subsidiary. Syrma SGS Technologies will acquire the remaining 49% for ₹83.3 crore. Founded in 2012, Pune-based KSolare manufactures on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid solar inverters with an annual capacity of 500,000 units.
