Potentia Energy, a Joint Venture between Italy's Enel Green Power and Japan's INPEX Corp, announced its acquisition of controlling stakes in 1 gigawatt of Renewable Energy Projects in Australia. The deal, valued at A$1 billion, includes 700 megawatts of Wind and Solar assets, 430 megawatts of development projects, and a West Australian Wind farm.
