Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (POWERGRID) has invited bids for a 150 MW / 300 MWh Battery Energy Storage System at Kalikiri in Andhra Pradesh. The project is part of a larger 1,000 MW / 2,000 MWh state storage programme under tariff-based competitive bidding with Viability Gap Funding support.
