Oracle Power PLC is in talks with investors for $1.4b hybrid renewable energy plant in Pakistan’s Gharo-Jhimpir wind corridor. The 1.3 GW project spans 2,830 hectares in the Sindh region and will feature 800 MW of solar capacity and 500 MW of wind power, as well as a 260 MW battery energy storage system.
