Oswal Pumps' subsidiary Oswal Solar Energy (OSEPL) will set up a 1.2 GW TOPCon solar cell plant in Karnal, Haryana for Rs 456 crore, targeting commercial production by April 2028. Output will be captive for OSEPL's module lines, securing DCR cells under ALMM List-II for PM-KUSUM and PM Surya Ghar.
