ONGC NTPC Green Private Limited (ONGPL) signed a Share Purchase Agreement on February 12, 2025, to acquire a 100% stake in Ayana Renewable Power for INR 195 billion (USD 2.3 billion). Ayana has 4.1 GW of operational and under-construction assets. This marks ONGPL’s first acquisition, supporting India’s clean energy goals.
