Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi announced that Paradip has attracted ₹1.45 lakh crore in port-based and energy investments, exceeding its ₹1 lakh crore target. Key projects include a ₹40,000 crore Green Hydrogen Hub, one of three approved nationally, and a ₹61,000 crore dual-feed naphtha cracker by IOCL that will expand Paradip refinery capacity.
