OCI Energy and Arava Power have formed a Joint Venture to develop Project SunRoper, a 260 MWAC Solar Farm in Wharton County, Texas, set to begin construction in 2025. Located near Houston, it will enhance grid reliability and energy security. This follows their 2021 collaboration on Project SunRay, a 200-MWAC solar farm now operational.
