NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL), a subsidiary of NTPC, has invited EPC bids for developing a 3,200 MWh utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) at the Fatehgarh Solar Plant in Rajasthan. The project, structured in three blocks with a total capacity of 800 MW/3,200 MWh, aims to enhance renewable integration, grid flexibility, and reliability.
