NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL) has issued an EPC tender for an 80MW/320 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) in Kerala, divided into two 40 MW/160 MWh blocks at KSEB substations in Pothencode and Sreekantapuram, bids due September 16, 2025. Bidders must handle turnkey EPC work and develop the system for a 12-year lifespan with O&M included.
