NTPC Green Energy Commissions 300 MW Bhadla Solar PV Project in Rajasthan

NTPC Green Energy Limited commissioned 300 MW of its 500 MW Bhadla Solar PV Project in Phalodi, Rajasthan, achieving commercial operation on January 13, 2026. Certified by SECI and RRECL, the milestone raises NGEL Group’s installed capacity from 8,010.28 MW to 8,310.28 MW. Developed through NTPC Renewable Energy Limited, the project supports India’s National Solar Mission, strengthens the northern grid, and reinforces NTPC’s role among India’s leading renewable energy producers while advancing national clean energy goals.
