NTPC Commissions 100 MW Ramagundam Solar Project

NTPC Limited has declared commercial operation of 100 MW from its 176 MW solar PV project at Ramagundam, Telangana, effective May 2, 2026. This addition increases NTPC’s total installed capacity to 89,805 MW and commercial capacity to 88,725 MW. The milestone reflects NTPC’s continued expansion in renewable energy, supporting its strategy to diversify beyond thermal power and align with India’s clean energy targets.
