Northland Power has delivered first power from its 1GW Hai Long offshore wind project in Taiwan, a major milestone ahead of full operations by 2027. The project is now connected to the Taipower grid, following successful substation commissioning. Located off Taiwan’s west coast, Hai Long has installed 14 of 73 turbines and completed key infrastructure.
