Norwegian aluminium and Renewable Energy company Norsk Hydro ASA announced plans to build a NOK 1.2 billion Pumped Storage Power plant in Luster Municipality as part of its hydropower initiative. The Illvatn project involves pumping water between two reservoirs to enhance efficiency, production, and reservoir capacity.
