Nofar Energy’s U.S. subsidiary has completed the acquisition of a 1 GW solar portfolio from Pine Gate Renewables across multiple states in the United States. The portfolio includes 650 MWdc of operational projects, 100 MWdc under advanced construction and 225 MWdc in early-stage development. The deal expands Nofar USA’s portfolio to 2.
