India Power Corporation Limited (IPCL) has partnered with Bhutan’s Green Energy Power Private Limited (GEPPL) to develop a 70 MW solar project in Paro, Bhutan. The project is part of IPCL’s plan to add 1.5 GW of solar capacity in Bhutan over five years, addressing rapidly growing power demand driven by industrial expansion and digital infrastructure.
