NLC India Limited, through its subsidiary NLC India Renewables Limited, has formed a joint venture with National Capital Region Transport Corporation to develop grid-connected solar PV projects. The new entity, NIRL NCRTC Renewables Limited, was incorporated on May 27, 2026, with a 74:26 equity partnership between NLC India Renewables and NCRTC.
