Nigeria has signed an agreement with South Korea’s Asia Economic Development Committee to establish an electric vehicle manufacturing plant along with nationwide charging infrastructure. The project aims to build a domestic EV industry and reduce reliance on imported vehicles. The facility will be developed in phases, beginning with vehicle assembly before transitioning to full-scale local manufacturing.
