NHPC Limited and GRIDCO, Odisha, signed an MoU to develop a 1,000 MW Masinta Pumped Storage Project and other renewable initiatives. The collaboration, announced at the Odisha Renewable Energy Investor Conclave 2026, aims to enhance renewable energy integration, strengthen state and national energy security, and support India’s decarbonisation goals.
