The National Hydroelectric Power Corporation (NHPC) and Andhra Pradesh Power Generation Corporation (APGENCO) signed a MoU to create a Joint Venture Company for 1.8 GW Renewable Energy Projects in Andhra Pradesh. Initial projects include Yaganti and Rajupalem Pumped Storage Hydro Power Projects. The partnership features equal capital contributions and alternating leadership appointments.
