NTPC Green Energy Ltd (NGEL) has signed an MoU with V.O. Chidambaranar Port Authority, Tuticorin, to promote green energy adoption. NGEL will set up a green hydrogen fuelling station and deploy hydrogen-powered trucks, replacing diesel trucks to support decarbonisation. NTPC is also running hydrogen pilots in several Indian cities and ports.
