NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL), on behalf of NTPC UP Green Energy Limited (NUGEL), has floated an EPC tender for a 50 MW/200 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh. The turnkey contract covers design, engineering, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and 15 years of O&M.
