New York has approved 23 projects with combined capacity of 2.3 GW. The projects include 4 Onshore Wind Farms with total capacity of 880 MW and 19 Solar projects with total capacity of 1.46 GW. Total investments for these projects would be $4.7 Billion. These projects are in line with New york's goal to have 70% of its energy consumption coming from renewable sources.
