Nadara Acquires BlueFloat 50% Stake in Scottish Floaters

Nadara has acquired BlueFloat Energy’s 50% stake in four Scottish floating offshore projects, totaling 2.9GW, including Bellrock, Broadshore, Sinclair, and Scaraben. This deal follows BlueFloat owner Quantum Capital Group’s decision to cease operations in Spain. The acquisition underscores Nadara’s commitment to advancing the ScotWind and INTOG schemes, aiming for completion by the mid-2030s.
