A petition has been filed by Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd (MSEDCL) seeking compensation from SECI due to delays in wind projects. The delays resulted in shortfall in power supply as per the Power Sale Agreement (PSA) and this will impact MSEDCL’s ability to meet its renewable energy purchase obligations (RPO).
