Germany’s BASF SE and India’s AM Green have signed a MoU as part of the Asia-Pacific Conference of German Business 2024, to study and develop opportunities for low-carbon chemicals produced with renewable energy in India. It involves a non-binding letter of intent for the offtake of 100,000 tonnes of ammonia a year from AM Green plants across India.
