MorGen Energy has appointed Kent to deliver FEED and EPC for a 20MW green hydrogen plant in Milford Haven, UK. The project will use ITM Power electrolyser systems to produce 2,000 tonnes annually by 2028 for industrial users. Supported by the UK government’s HAR1 scheme, it offers a 15-year subsidy mechanism, though broader hydrogen policy delays continue to impact project timelines and industry confidence.
